“Bind and Scallop”
How to create binds and scallop:
Once you have your materials gathered,
(1) use tissue paper to create the edge of your scallop. When you draw the edge of the scallop, add an odd figure in the pattern, especially odd enough to create a curve. Create a 1 inch depth, starting at the lower point and work toward the high point. Now with your tissue in hand, fasten it to the towel, using craft pins. Next, use rotary cutters, or sewing scissors to trim the edges of your scallop.
